This is a fully remote program, which means we can get you results from ANYWHERE!
We have flexible payment options that allow you to pay on a schedule that works for you. For more details please apply and book a call with us!
We can help you with as little as a tee, baseballs and a net. The program will be built based on the resources that you have for strength, diet, and nutrition.
We base our results on averages, not guarantees. As of now the average athlete gains 6mph in exit velocity in their first 3 months of the program.
We can track in multiple ways. Our strength program will track weight room metrics by weight. The diet will be tracked on a custom sheet made for you to track proper weight gained. Hitting tracking can be done depending on the tracking methods you have access to (Rapsodo, HitTrax, Trackman, Pocket Radar) or via confidence intervals on our weekly check ins.
I (Joe Suarez) will be the one taking the call with you, walking you through the program, and building the program for you. We also have a certified personal trainer and former D1 hitter on staff that you will have full access to, that will be writing the strength portion of your program.
